Ca’ del Sarto : Pinot Grigio
Fresh scents of lemon, lime, and tropical fruits on the nose continue onward with fresh cut melon, honey, and fig notes on the palate. Crisp and refreshing, this Pinot Grigio matches perfectly next to fried artichokes with mint and garlic.
La Ferme de Gicon : Grenache Blanc
Light yellow color tones envelop the glass while fruit aromas like Asian pears and apricot skins entice you to take a sip. A well balanced combination of tangerine, honey blossom, hibiscus, and spices all dance together to bring a clean and well-balanced finish. Kick off happy hour with this wine and a plate of warm Brie with fresh fruits.
Havenscourt : Chardonnay
Rich and round, this Chardonnay offers fragrances of citrus fruit, pineapple, and guava. Flavors of toasted caramel interminge with tropical fruits followed by a touch of minerality. Enjoy this wine with pan seared salmon and risotto.
Jean Claude Mas “Cuvée 39” : Red Blend
This youthful and vibrant red blend has a total of sixteen varietals which all contribute to the soft berry flavors. Wild raspberries, licorice, and blueberries coalesce with a touch of herbs and peppery acidity. Cold nights ahead make this a good partner to Provençal Beef Stew.
Sand Creek : Red Blend
Península de Setúbal, Portugal
This classic oak aged red blend has an aromatic nose with ripe red fruit, floral notes, and wood spice. On the palate there are flavors of black currant, vanilla, and strawberry. The finish is well balanced with soft and light tannins . Drink with young Serpa cheese and bread.
À la Carte : Cabernet Sauvignon
North Coast, California
Cherry and chocolate aromas are entwined with soft expressions of black fruit and oak. Bold on the palate, but with restrained nuances of raisins, blackberries, and forest floor. Supple tannins linger after the long finish. Best matched with blue cheese bacon burgers.
