This fruity & juicy rosé is a blend of 55% Cabernet Franc and 45% Merlot produced in the saignée method. Fermented with wild yeast in stainless steel and subsequently washed over Syrah skins to macerate for two days. Aged sur lie in stainless steel for 18 months. 145 cases bottled unfiltered on April 30, 2018.
